Our dispatch lead time is usually 5-7 working days. For certain products, we may have a longer lead time which goes up to 3-4 weeks.
It will usually be mentioned on the product page, so do check there. Or get in touch with us if you have any queries. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery. Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 days of shipping.
We have partnered with the best services in the market like FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbees for the delivery of our products to you. We primarily ship out through surface mode for your delivery.

Once your order is fulfilled (that means handed over to the shipping carrier), you will receive a confirmation via email/text message with details on how you can track your order.
Within India, shipping is free :)
For international orders, we charge for shipping based on the total weight of your order and location, please get in touch with us on genie@toyingtree.com and we will help you with the shipping costs.
You will receive a notification from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.
We ship from multiple locations in the country. This is the reason your order might reach you in multiple parts.

Once we calculate the shipping cost, we will manually create the order at the back end and send you payment link which accepts international cards!
COD (Cash on Delivery) is only available within India.
We usually ship through Aramex or FedEx. It typically reaches the destination in 10-15 days after shipping. Any customs related delay or costs are to be borne by the customer.
Yes! COD is available for orders - the COD limits set are subject to change. You will see the limits displayed at check out.
